Grubb & Ellis recently hired 15-year commercial real estate veteran Tom Milledr as senior vice president of itsoffice group. Millerr was lured away from CB . , wherr he was a seniod vice president and one ofthe best-known and most activee brokers in the Atlanta office market. Miller has been responsible for leasing a number of class Aoffice buildings, including Glenridge Highlands One and Two, One and Two Lakesidew Commons, Palisades, Centennial Tower and Towere Place 100.
“Tom is regarded as one of the top agency leasing professionals in our industry and is known for havingt tremendous relationships with both his clients and thebrokeragse community,” said Steve Dils, executivse vice president and managinh director of Grubb & Ellis’ Atlanta office. Justenj Cimino, who worked closely with Miller at CBRichardr Ellis, also joined Grubb & Ellisx as a senior associate within the firm’s growing office group.
Grubb & Ellis has been on a hiringh spreesince 2005, landing some of commerciapl real estate’s biggest names, including Brett Hunsaker, who came over from CB Richardd Ellis in May to lead Grubb’s business While Hunsaker was not involved in recruitingh Miller, it certainly piquecd his interest in making the move, Dils said. Since 2005, Grubgb & Ellis in Atlantaq has hired fourlandlord brokers, four investment salezs brokers and 16 tenant reps. During that the firm has grown to 44brokersa locally, up from 27.
