He said that under the proposal the typicaol 1,000 kilowatt-hour residential bill actually would decrease from approximately $109 in Decembeer to approximately $104 in January, reflectin reductions in the cost of fuel as well as fuel The first hearings are set to take placw in Sarasota and Fort Meyers on June 19, with additional hearings the following week.
